Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a technical product manager with a software development foundation in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, a product management certification in progress, and a passion for bringing cross-functional teams together to build better digital experiences.
Over the last four years, I’ve worked with brands like Converse and Reformation to optimize checkout experiences, integrate payments platforms like Adyen and Klarna, and support feature enhancements across global e-commerce sites. My experience includes backend development, product discovery, backlog grooming, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Earlier in my career, I managed large-scale events for a luxury hotel brand. That experience taught me how to think on my feet, manage high-pressure situations, and lead diverse teams with empathy and clear communication. Whether navigating last-minute logistics for corporate events or coordinating international software rollouts, I know how to bring people together and keep projects moving.
Today, I’m focused on building products that combine technical execution with real-world impact. I enjoy translating complexity into clarity, partnering across disciplines, and finding solutions that work for both users and businesses.
